they are giving away or they were giving away a Mercedes with a new development in Suffolk
the cheapest house was $900K and then gave you a C 240-
and in the fine print- it was just a lease

I've owned a Jag... trust me they are not dependable cars I saw my mechanic more than I saw my own family.
That's no bonus.

That condo has been on the market for a while... I bookmarked all the condos in that development.
My aunt/uncle and grandma live in these condos. About 3-5 years ago sold SO quick and were all in the $600's and $700's. They never even made it to mlsli. Now there are 8 for sale and one even under $500k!

Hey whatever works to sell something! I am in marketing, and we would call this a premium ride along with purchase!! To some jags are crap, to others it is still a FREE car, at least that is how it appears.

an 11 year old jag would cost more to upkeep then I care to imagine
so IMO it's not free- and if they are leaving it- I would be it doesn't run all that well
lower the price of the house if you want more buyers
someone looking in the price range most likely has a nice car and doesn't want or need an 11 year old jag

Are these the condos over by Paddy McGees?
I think this is somewhat overpriced but I could tell those people why they are not selling theirs!!!
But why would you throw in a car? Just reduce the price. I've also heard Jaguars are not dependable and I don't think I'd want an 11 year old car
