chicco high chair
Does anybody have the Chicco Polly high chair? DS is 6 months and I just put him in it and the tray is horrible to put on. I looked up reviews on BRU and a lot of people said that too. BRU won't let me exchange it even though I just opened it and he never used it - how am I supposed to know that a high chair would be broken? He just started sitting in one to eat.. Don't get me started on BRU...
Does anybody hae this one? If so, does it eventually get easier to put on? DS is going to get hurt since I have to like slam the tray on... Thanks!!

Re: chicco high chair
I have the Chicco Polly and have no problems. It's plastic on plastic that you're sliding so it sticks for a second but I wouldn't say it's annoying enough to really notice. My DD is 1 and we've been using it since she was 4 months old.

Re: chicco high chair
i just got this for my shower. i registered for it with the chicco travel system and play yard. my godmother bought me the graco blossom hi chair b/c she thought it was a lot better when she saw them in the store.
So now i have two..and i think im keeping hers based on the chicco reviews on BRU.
Im sorry they wont let you return it. this worries me b/c i have a bunch of stuff to return and 90% of the stuff i got from my shower has no receipts and wasnt purchased off my registry.

Hopefully you won't have problems returning things, but I always have trouble at Bay Shore and Sayville... They said since the 90 days were up since it came off the registry I couldn't.... Good luck with yours!

Re: chicco high chair
Is it broken or do you just not like it?
If it is broken, call Chicco directly and see what they can do for you.
If you just don't like it, then maybe try to sell it on craigslist or our Buy/Sell/Swap board?

Re: chicco high chair
I had one and I hated it. It was so difficult to clean that I either had to clean it with a toothbrush, or hose it down outside. Not to mention taking the straps off were a pain in the arse. I sold mine on Ebay and got a Stokke Tripp Trapp Style chair instead, I recommend those highly, and I don't recommend the Chicco Polly at all. Hated it.

I love it, but it's just way too hard to get on. I will definitely call Chicco = thanks!
