We have it. Been using it everyday for the past 4-5 months. It's easy to use, easy to close and put away.
My ONLY issue, the strap (buckle) that goes between the legs is out forward a little far, and DS slouches. I have to hike him back up. It's not tragic and I wouldn't return it, but just a little issue.

Michelle, I have it, and honestly, I really don't like it. The strap is sooo hard to unbuckle. The other day, I thought he was choking, and tried to pick him up quickly, but could not get the thing undone. So for now, I will not be strapping him..
