Chick pea flour and Black rice help
I've never made black rice at home. I have only had it where I get Poke for lunch. I like it, its very filling though.

Never used chick pea flour, but I do eat chick pea pasta - maybe you can make your own pasta with it??

Chick pea flour and Black rice help
I've seen recipes with a combo of chickpea flour and other flours combined. I've never bought it but I've used so many flour alternatives (almond, brown rice, white rice, oat, coconut, and others). Is there a benefit to eating chickpea flour vs just whole chickpeas? I always tend to think the whole food is healthier than a processed version.

Do you have a specific brand you like? I've heard some are really good but I've never tried them.

chick pea flour allows you to make in place of tofu etc, you can cube it and use in stir fry. I try not to use soy based products
