Anyone have a Chick Pea Salad Recipe?
Sometimes they serve chick pea salad at the diner, w/ olives, onions and celery. Anyone have a recipe for the dressing?

I always mix a can of chickpeas, red onion, feta cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. LOVE it!

i've yet to make it, but i get a chick pea salad at my gym sometimes that includes:
chick peas
cherry tomatoes (halved)
red onion
feta
parsley
dill
i'm assuming its mixed with a little olive oil. So yummy!

I LOVE CHICKPEAS, but I do not have a salad.
I just mix them with feta, red onions, and whatevr veggies I am feeling.

mine is similar but I like to add sliced black olives and minus the tomatoes (only b/c i dont like them), garlic & oinion poweder, salt & pepper,
w/balsamic & olive oil or a pre-made vinegarette dressing

I made this the other night. I added a splash of balsamic but I'm going to try apple cider vinegar next.

viadallia onion sliced thinly
salt
pepper
garlic powder
olive oil
Squeeze of lemon juice OR splash of white vinegar
I could live on chick peas
