Chicken and Potatoes crock pot recipie?
Does anyone have yummy crock pot recipe that uses chicken and potatoes?

I made this one not too long ago and it was pretty tasty. I sprinkled some mozzarella over it the last half hour or so of cooking.
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 C. Italian salad dressing
2 t. Italian seasoning
1 C. grated parmesan cheese
5 to 6 potatoes; peeled, cut into wedges
Place chicken in bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle with half Italian dressing, spices, and the grated cheese. Place potatoes over chicken. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours

I make a pot-pie in the crock pot:
4 boneless pieces of chicken, diced
6 med or 10 small potatoes, chopped
1 cup baby carrots, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 cans cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup plus 1 can water
season to taste
And I serve it with biscuits

I ended up doing bbq chicken.. no potatoes, since they had grown those green things and were all mushy. I think I bought them longer ago than i thought I did lol. The chicken was good anyway!!!
But thanks for these recipes. I will definitely be trying both!
