chicken cutlets
If I defrosted chicken cutlets yesteray can I cook them tommorrow (wednesday)
Is it safe?

You'll probably hear a lot of people say no, but I do it all the time. As a matter of fact, I'm about to cook some tonight that I took out on Sunday.

i also do it all the time. on sundays, i'll take out the chicken that i'm going to need for the week and put it in the fridge, so it can defrost.... i usually put them in the fridge on sunday, and then eat them on tuesday or wednesday...

I do this all the time. I will defrost chicken and then DH will say he's not in the mood for it  so I make it the next day. BUT - I would not use it beyond 1 day! it is chicken after all and it's not worth taking chances

you positively can do it--as long as it defrosted in the fridge.
the chicken stays out longer in the cooler at the market.
look at the packed date and sell by date

Yes. I always take it out the night before for the next day and put it in the refridge.
