Chicken on the Grill recipes

Anyone have any tasty recipes for chicken on the grill?

we've made this a couple of times... we put some balsalmic and some mccormicks italian seasoing grinder stuff on the chicken. grill the chicken, and when its close to done, we put a slice of fresh mozz, some fresh basil and a slice of tomato on each chicken breast, and just let it heat through till the mozz melts a little bit.
comes out really good! AND you can use the extra tomato and mozz and basil to make a caprese salad on the side

we usually do this with chicken cutlets but I bet you could do it with chicken pieces

white wine, olive oil, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and peper, marinate in for a few hours, grill it
