Chicken Parm
I made it for dinner last night with thin cutlets. Just wondering how everyone else makes it.

I am in the minority I guess! I like to START with thick cutlets.. and then I pound them out until they are thin. I think flattening them with my mallet makes them more tender than cutting them thin. But.. I may be crazy!

I also use thin cutlets. Or I slice chicken breast in half and pound it thin.
