How early can I fry the Chicken Cutlets for my Chicken Parm on Christmas Day?
Is Wednesday too early? I'd fry them up and then put them in a tupperware and then assemble the chicken parm Friday. Should I wait until Thursday?

doing it the day of is really the best way, but if thats totally not possible i wouldn't do it any earlier then the night before.
