Re: Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
I just made this the other night..it came out soo good and sooo easy... Pillsbury already made piecrust Can of cream of mushroom soup Chicken cutlets cut into cubes – I used chicken breast but you could also used the thin sliced culets 2 cans of any veggies you like – I used peas and sliced carrots - drained diced potatoes if you like…. Cook chicken until no longer pink – I cooked it in the wok with alittle sesame oil… Boil potatoes if using Combine soup, cans of veggies, chicken and potatoes ..mix well together Lay out pie crust in a pie tin Fill pie crust with filling Place another piecrust on top and pinch the neds together Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until pie crust is golden And that is it! It was sooo easy and came out sooo good….. and you can change it up..add whatever veggies you want......

This is the one I make all the time
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)* 1 pkg. (about 9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 cup all-purpose baking mix
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix soup, vegetables and chicken in 9" pie plate.
Mix milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 min. or until golden.
