The doctor we saw said to use Cetaphil...anyone heard of that???

Oh no! Poor Noah! 
Yes, Cetaphil is a wonderful cream we have here in the states (I am assuming you are back home now?) You will find it in the lotion aisle.

That is actually a good thing (both that you are still here and obviously that you are able to sit outside and enjoy the lovely weather!) Just head to the nearest CVS and they will be able to show you where the Cetaphil is.
By the way, if you want to swing by NY, it is snowing

Geez...what a trip you've had! Go to any drug store or even supermarket and they should have cetaphil. Or if there is a Walmart or something they'd have it also.

Poor noah! poor mom and dad!!! at least he is in good spirits...I wonder if the chicken pox are on the loose? I am waiting to hear back from the peds office to get in to see her today as DD has a few spots on her back and I dont know what they are....hoping its not the CP.
Hope noah feels better real soon.
