Re: Chicken Salad
I would make my own so I could calculate the points.
The deli ones are loaded with full fat mayo so would be high in points.

I was going to suggest doing the same thing. Make your own using low fat mayo, mustard, maybe some avacado? Try to use less mayo and more veggies!

Re: Chicken Salad
I make it myself. When I first started WW, we were talking about all the fillers and various ingredients they put in tuna salad and chicken salad so now I make it.
Put the chicken in hte slow cooker with some water and broth, it will shred so easily.
I like to use light mayo and some avocado (I can't stand the tang of yogurt in it) then I add whatever veggies I have on had as well so I feel like its heartier and more nutritious than what I would buy elsewhere!

Re: Chicken Salad
at home for sure.
I use one full can of the Kirkland chopped chicken-4pts
3 tsp on miracle whip-3pts
1 tsp on spicy brown mustard-0 pts **the mustard adds a bit of spice & flavor as plain miracle whip isn't too great to me
and onions & parsley- 0 pts
So the entire service is 7points. I skip the bread, but because its a lot of chicken, its filling to me.

Re: Chicken Salad
I made a waldorf style one the other day. Bought a whole chicken and shredded it al off the bone. Then combined 1 cup of greek yogurt with 1tsp of honey, cut up some grapes(you can also add walnuts) mixed it all together.
