I really want a Chicken Caeser Salad!! **Craving... FULFILLED!!**
Cravings are all fine and dandy... but not when I'm craving something that I can't have!!!  
I know everything in moderation... but do you ladies stay away from caesar dressing completely?

no, not at all!!! i eat it all the time, just not from a restaurant where i know they use raw egg.

Here's a recipe from Rachel Ray that uses mayo instead of raw egg. It's very good. I also recently used Ken's Caesar dressing on a salad and everything was fine.
6 cloves garlic, mashed and minced
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Lemon juice
Minced anchovy fillets (optional
Combine garlic, mustard, vinegar and two pinches of salt in a blender and mix thoroughly. Add mayonnaise and blend together to form a thick base. In a slow stream add olive oil through hole in lid. Scrape dressing with spatula into a bowl and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. If desired, add anchovy to dressing to create a deeper, saltier taste.

YAY!!! I am totally getting that for lunch then! 
I guess I can ask the guy that makes the salads, but I doubt he will know if it is made with raw eggs. I guess 1x couldn't hurt, right?

I have not denied myself a thing this pregnancy (except a FULL drink of booze).

It's rare now a days for anyone to serve them with raw egg.
Pregnant or not, if someone got sick there would be a huge lawsuit and the restaurants rep would suffer.
Food saftey is HUGE these days.
I think they would have to specify on the menu- this item contains raw eggs or fish or whatever- if something did have contain it.

All eggs in this country are pasteurized unless you are getting your salad from some back country chicken farm.....
