Re: Chicken Sausage
You can cook it on the grill or in a skillet and add peppers, pasta, onion with a garlic and oil sauce
You can bake it into a baked ziti
You can just put it on buns or bread with mustard (or, if you're me...ketchup) with fries or potatoes or some other side
Anything you would do with pork sausage if it's flavored like pork sausage, if that makes sense..enjoy!

Re: Chicken Sausage
I have an awesome recipe with chicken apple sausage...yum!
12 oz pasta (any kind) 1 jar julienned Sun dried tomatoes in oil 14 oz broccoli florets 4 links chicken apple sausage
I usually heat up the pre-cooked sausage in a skillet so it has a grilled taste. Cut up the sausage into bite size pieces, add cooked broccoli, and toss it with the pasta, and add the sundried tomatoes and its oil. Sooooo good!

Re: Chicken Sausage
I'm making turkey sausage with spaghetti squash, tomatoes, parsley and cheese this week. Quick and Simple!
Last week we just had spinach/feta chicken sausage and just had it with brown rice. Sometimes by itself with a side dish is perfect.

Re: Chicken Sausage
I make elbow pasta and toss marinara, cece beans and cut up chicken sausage in it.
More often than not I just have spaghetti and sausage on the side.
