Chicken stir fry recipes
Does anyone have any that they enjoy? I got a wok at my bridal shower almost 6 years ago and I have yet to take it out of the box. I would prefer it be healthy if possible. If anyone has any good ones to share, I would appreciate it!

Re: Chicken stir fry recipes
I made a stir fry last week, I didn't really follow a recipe, just kinda winged it! LOL DH and I both loved it.
Spray your wok with non-stick cooking spray.
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 red pepper cut into small pieces
1 green pepper cut into small pieces
3/4 cup chopped white onion
Goya Adobo & Pepper to taste
I cooked the chicken and drained it, then threw it back into the wok with all the veggies over low heat and added the seasoning. I cooked it until the veggies were tender - stirring often.
I served that on top of some brown rice.

Re: Chicken stir fry recipes
2-3 peppers red/green a small package of mushrooms 2 small or 1 large onion a few shreds of fresh ginger or about a tablespoon of ground ginger 2 garlic cloves sliced thin about 1 tablespoon of oil (peanut oil works best) I throw in about a handful of snow peas
I use 2-3 chicken cutlets, trimmed of fat and cleaned.
I season it overnight or you can do it the day of with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and a little lemon, I cut into stripes or cubes.
I cook the chicken first, till its slightly done. I take out of pan, put aside and clean off pan.
Then I heat up the oil, add the peppers, and onions with the garlic, and ginger. I cook them for about 2-4 mins. Then I add the sliced mushrooms, and stir to evenually coat everything. I cook that about 2-4 mins and add the chicken. I then add the rest of the vegetables and then I drizzle soy sauce over the entire meal while its cooking. Toss it all and cook for another 2-3 mins.
I serve this over brown rice.
I have been making this for years and everyone loves it.
