Child Harness Recommendations (NOT OPINIONS ON THEM!)
We are going to Disney World with my 16 month old DD and my sister/brother in law and their kids. My sister's DD is 2 1/2 and listens so she will be able to walk next to the stroller. I know that my little one will want to walk too since she will see her big cousin walking and I'm not comfortable with her just holding my hand in big crowds.
I don't love the look or concept behind the harness, but I love my child VERY MUCH and want to make sure she's safe so I'm going to put the looks I'll get on the back burner for her protection.
If you have used one, can you please recommend a child harness. Preferrably one with an animal, since I think those look less "leash like." Thanks in advance!

When we went to dutch wonderland the first time we got ds a little backpack that had the " leash" attached to the back. It was perfect. Got it at babies r us. Hated the idea of it but gave me peace if mind because I knew I couldn't keep that little guy in the stroller the whole time.

We got the backpack one at walmart, I think it had a monkey or some thing on it.

I see kids with the backpack ones on all the time in Grand Central....They look like they are comfy for the kids. I have seen them at BRU and Target.

We have the Elmo backpack one!I use it at very crowded areas. My dd doesn't mind it one bit.

I saw a couple of wrist ones too. I guess they have less freedom with that but it's easier to unclip them here and there plus I feel like in crowded places the leash to the backpack one could possibly get in between other people.

I got the monkey one at BRU when we were leaving to visit my family overseas, it was the best thing ever for the airport /layover!
