Child modeling?
OK, so I have never really given it much thought. And I, of course, think Ryan is just the cutest thing since sliced bread but I'm biased.
I have had numerous people (strangers included) tell me Ryan should be a baby model.
Do I consider it a compliment and they are just being nice and move on or take them seriously?
What do you think about it?
ets - I'm not asking you if you think Ryan is cute enough to be a model (feel free to stroke my ego if you must though ) I am more asking have you considered putting your DC into modeling. They yay's and nay's of it all as well.

Re: Child modeling?
I've thought about it every now and then.
This is not just a case of a mother who thinks that her son is the cutest thing in the world.
My son is multi-ethnic, and I hear that there is a demand for such child models. (of course the fact that he is in fact ADORABLE doesn't hurt)

Re: Child modeling?
This is really your call. If you choose to do it, I think I've heard it can be a lot of work. You can submit his picture online (at least at Product) and they will contact you.
Personally, I hear it all the time too and I have nothing against it, it would definately be fun, but I don't have the time for it in our lives.

Re: Child modeling?
We did it for a year when he was younger and now he is back in it again. It was a lot of work when he was an infant and I worked PT. We only went to requests and jobs. No go sees. It was too much to do all that.
We are doing the same this time around but now that I am a SAHM, it will be easier. I will get the new baby involved too.
I have had some great experiences and went places that I will always remember.
I think it is def worth a shot

Re: Child modeling?
I would love to do it with Lily because she seriously loves the camera, so I think she'd have a blast. But with both ofus working full-time, w just don't have the time for it.

I have taken my older girls on a couple of calls only to find out that they were looking for children just like your son...
And to answer the OP I tried it with my older girls and after being sent on a wild goose chase a couple of times..they werent looking for identical, blond, blue eyed girls..I got fed up.
But with that said..if someone approached me b/c they had seen a pic of either my girls or DS I would definitely see it through.
