CHILDBIRTH PREP AT NSUH
For any of you ladies that have taken the childbirth prep/Lamaze Class at North Shore LIJ/Manhasset : was it helpful? do I need to bring pillows?
Taking it and not sure what to expect, hoping it will ease my anxiety.

I didn't bring a pillow. We were just sitting in chairs in a conference room. Never got on the floor or anything like that.
It was helpful in the sense of it told me what to expect regardless of the type of delivery I had. It wasn't helpful in the respect that I ended up with a C-section and never labored, never felt contractions or anything even once. As soon as I got to the hospital, they basically felt like I'd have a C-section because DS was 41w1d and not descending. So I got an epidural very early on.
