Childcare at gyms?
Does anyone use the childcare at a gym?
I want to join one with a day care so that I can get out of the house during the day and get some exercise, but can I trust them?
I'm also worried they would freak out if I left them with a stranger, but thats a whole different story.

I haven't used mine yet, but I go to Gold's Gym and I know they have a tv in the workout area where you can see your DC on the screen...I like that!
ETA: I can't help you with your second concern, that is part of the reason I haven't left DD yet there and she is 13 months old!!!

When Soliel used to be Koga they had babysitting hours and you could watch the kids on the video monitor on the machine while you worked out. Not sure if they still have it but that could be an option for yoyu
