Children not wearing seat belts on school buses.

While driving I see children elementary and middle school ages clearly standing on buses and jumping from seat to seat. Now I've totally done this myself on buses when I was younger but now that I'm a parent and see this I do get concern.

For those of you with children elementary and middle school aged do you know if they enforce wearing seat belts and does it bother you?

wow, just read that thread... I don't understand why they can't enforce it right from the start. I remember in my middle school years having a sub bus driver who would not move until we were all seated. I dont' think we had seat belts at that time but if any of us were standing he would pull over. It's unfortunate that they don't enforce this.

DD is in third grade and I was told that it is a time issue If the driver had to check belts at every stop, they would never get to school.
