Chinese Chicken and Broccoli?
DH had a pint of chicken and broccoli last night for dinner
i am looking it up on the ww site and it says 2 points for one cup.
so a pint would be 4 points- but i dont think it is taking into consideration the oil that is used when frying and the sauce?
does anyone know how to count this?

I usually count one cup as 4 pts. I am not sure I believe that it is 2 pts, because they list shrimp and broccoli as 2 pts a cup and I think shrimp is lower in points than chicken for the same weight.
