Choc covered oreos question

I made Choc covered oreos to give as a favor at DSs party. The party is Sunday. I have them in the fridge but was wondering if I should wait to wrap them in the clear plastic bags until saturday? Or is it okay to do today?

Re: Choc covered oreos question

Once they are dry you can. My girlfriend makes them and once they are solid in the fridge she packages them and then puts them back in the fridge until she's ready to pass them out.

Re: Choc covered oreos question

You don't even have to keep them in the fridge the entire time. Once they're solid, unless you're leaving them out in the heat, or in direct sunlight, they won't melt. And sometimes the cold of the fridge turns the chocolate white.
