Chocolate covered oreos
If you've made these, can you share pics? and how you made them? Trying to get ideas for favors for my granddaughters christening. Do you use double stuffed oreos?

Re: Chocolate covered oreos
haven't but a friend of mine has. they sell chocolate molds especially for oreos. all you do is melt the chocolate like you would for lollipops, put some on the bottom (enough to cover side of oreo), put in the oreo and pour in chocolate until covered.
HTH
BTW, they were delicious!

Re: Chocolate covered oreos
I make them in cupcake wrappers then pop them out. place a little chocolate in bottom, then oreo, then fill to just cover the oreo...add sprinkles or whatever on top..very simple!

Re: Chocolate covered oreos
I bought the mint ones and covered them with white chocolate. I didn't use a mold, it's not necessary. Just dip them in chocolate and add sprinkles or other toppings then set on wax paper to harden

Re: Chocolate covered oreos
I have bought them a bunch of times from Sweeties by Kim on Etsy. They are gorgeous!
