i also use a can of condensed milk
keeps it creamy and less lumpy

Ditto. I have mixed white & milk chocolate chips for a different taste - yum!

yum.. yes... but i use chocolate bars, cream and a little kaluha or other alcohol. Dh and I are obsessed with peanutbutter, so i added that too usually!
