Christening Invite Wording Question
the church is at 2 and the party is at a restaurant at 4. How can I word this so it doesn't sound silly?
Also does anyone have a nice poem or something they used for their invitation?
TIA

Re: Christening Invite Wording Question
Please join us to celebrate love and new life as we christen our daughter
Sunday, April 6, 2008 at one two'clock in the afternoon
St.Pauls Church 400 Main Street Anytown, NY
Lunchen to Follow at our home

I plan on including a separate card that I will just print out with a small map & directions to the restaurant both from the church & major hwys.
If you don't want it on the invite you can always print up a "reception" card letting people know where dinner/lunch to follow will be.
Hope that helps!
