I read the other post about her defending her partying and I agree--it's OK to go out wiht your DH and maintain that relationship. However, after seeing these pics, and others where she looked completely trashed, I wonder how much partying at this point is too much and I hope she's not consuming a lot of alcohol and breastfeeding.

Funny about her defending her right to go out - you never really see pics of her with her baby - except of course the huge spread in the tabloids that she probably got paid tons to do! Is it me or is there a huge difference between celebrity moms you see with their kids all the time

There are plenty of other celebrities who are seen out and about doing normal things with their children despite the paparazzi.

In all fairness, I know she looks like a fool here but there is no drink in her hand. We don't know the context.. She may not have to be drinking to let her hair down. And she's always been a little standoffish with the paparazzi, so I'm sure she is trying to keep her son away from the media just yet.
I like her so I'm not going to write her off as 'another Britney' just yet.

She's out having a good time, big deal. Unfortunately, she has to get her picture taken every single place she goes. I am sure if someone followed all of us around with a camera and posted some pics, we would be criticized as well.

And that's their choice - every person in the public eye has the right to not expose their children to paparazzi - esp an infant. So she's out and having fun - bug deal...

I've always liked Christina. I don't think there's anything wrong with her being out and having a good time. And I don't blame her for not letting the paps have the chance at taking pics of her son. We've seen lately how far they go to invade someone's privacy and take pics however they can (Jessica Alba, Britney, etc). You can't blame her for being a protective mom, if of course that is the case.
However, I'm starting to wonder if there's any postpartum (sp?) depression going on with her. I don't recall seeing pics of her out partying before her son was born. Now it seems like she's out all the time.

I swear, you're damned if you do, damned if you don't. Leave the poor girl alone. Big freaking whoop that she's a mom now. She's young and should be able to go out and have fun regardless of the baby. As if mother's don't have ENOUGH stacked against them. I'm sure she's not getting trashed and shoving her boob in her baby's mouth And I'm sure she wasn't flashing the nether-regions, she was dancing on a higher level, I'm sure if you saw the other 5,000 shots the photog took, they'd look normal. Of course they're going to release the pictures that make her look ridiculous.
To jump and call her Britney or say she has post partum depression is just ridiculous in my opinion. And I don't even like her, but give the girl a break

hey there, don't forget, that's what we do on this board!! we come here to see pics of celebrities & state our opinions on them! this is not supposed to be a sophisticated political conversation nor a proper psychological examination.
that being said, I've always loved Christina because she's NOT always out partying and she's incredibly talented. as a mom, these pics rub me the wrong way. she's been dressing too trashy, looks wasted in recent pics, and just comes off poorly lately. i certainly can understand why she'd want to keep her little boy away from the paps though. they're nuts and dangerous.
