Christmas Tree Farm RAVE!!!

Went to Grandpa Tony's tree farm this morning and it was awesome!!! They are such a friendly family run business that made for such a pleasant experience. So many gorgeous perfect trees that it was actually hard to choose just one! Thy even dragged it out for you and tied it onto your car. I can't say enough good things about them. I will be back year after year without a doubt!

Eta: we paid $40 for a 6ft tree. I think they charged $50 max for any tree.

Where is it? Do you cut the tree down yourself or do you pick it and they cut it? We might want to do this with the girls when they get older.

It's in manorville. Yes you cut it yourself. They will provide your with a saw if you don't have one, but honestly, they are all so nice, I think they would probably cut it for you as well.

Re: Christmas Tree Farm RAVE!!!

Based on your recommendation we decided to go to Grandpa's instead of the one next to it that we have gone to in the past. Thanks so much for your rave, Grandpa and his grandsons were awesome. I was so sad to see what Sandy did to the Douglas Firs since that was what I was looking forChat Icon but we found a really nice Spruce and the kid shaped it, cut it and tied it on our car...$40 (they were charging close to $100 next door). I absolutely will go back every year!

P.S. When we arrived Grandpa greeted us and asked if DS was our only child. We said yes. As we were leaving Grandpa handed DS a pine cone and told him to put it under the tree and santa will bring him a gift and then he handed me one and told me to put it on the other side of the tree and next year I'll have a daughterChat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon
