**CHRISTMAS WEEK MENUS*** 12/18
Sat: BBQ Skirt Steak, Oven Roasted Potatoes, & Corn on the cob.
Sun: Polish Sausage, Perogies, & Rye Bread
Mon: Soup & Grilled Cheese
Tues: Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs, Salad, & Garlic bread
Wed: Roasted Chicken and Lemon Potatoes
Thurs: Lahmajun (Armenian pizza) with yogurt and cucumbers
Christmas Eve: Spiral Ham, Bakes Sweet Potatoes, Party Potatoes, Cranberry salad, Stuffed Artichoke
Christmas Day: Breakfast Casserole, French Toast Casserole, and Cinnamon buns
Ribeye Roast, Rice Pilaf, Creamed Spinach stuffed Tomato, tossed salad

I am sooo behind the 8 ball this week!
Sunday: Pizza
Monday: Indian spiced Chicken cutlets, roasted tomato and tabouleh salad, burnt broccoli
Tuesday: Sloppy Joe on toasted Buns, Kettle chips.
Wednesday: Mustard & Garlic Roast Pork Loin, Potato wedges, Green Beans, Applesauce
Thursday: Catcher's Catch Can
Friday: Christmas Eve Party .. see other thread for my menu!
Saturday: Christmas - Lasagna & Ham at MIL's - Prime Rib at sisters - Breakfast for dinner at home!

Sunday: Steak, smashed potatos and mixed veggies
Monday: Balsamic Chicken with mushrooms over brown rice
Tuesday: crock pot stuffed peppers with Turkey meat
Wed: Some sort of Pasta and homemade sauce
Thursday: Take out.. have to prepare for xmas day. Hosting 18 people
Xmas Eve: aunt's house will eat the traditional Italian xmas eve fish dinner
xmas Day: HUGE pork Loin..not sure yet how im making it.. (any recs would be great), Canndied yams, roasted potatos with onions and rosemary, roasted asparagus with balsamic vinegar, stuff mushrooms, and another veggie for the kids.. like a mixed veggie.

Sat: out
Sun: nothing (gave ds farina with berries, we didn't eat)
Mon: sancocho, rice, black beans, spinach
Tues: roasted bbq chicken, roasted potatoes and carrots, sauteed swiss chard
Wed: not sure...having family over may order take out.
Thurs: dh's holiday party

No cooking for me! Poor DH.
Christmas Eve - I'm doing a ham and buttered noodles, DH is making penne ala vodka and I'm ordering a half tray of lasagna. I'm also doing a Costco app sampler thing. I'm so ghetto.
