CIOing Tonight...need advice
DS is almost 10 months old and falls asleep pretty regularly with his last bottle...my issue with him is that he wakes doing the night and ends up in our bed usually...in order for us to be successful i am pretty sure we should put him down awake tonight but how since i feel once i give him this bottle he will pass out...any advice ladies TIA

Re: CIOing Tonight...need advice
I don't have CIO advice - however does your DC like vibration, nature sounds, heartbeat?? They sell this thing that attaches to the side of the crib and a piece that you can put under the mattress, and it is noise (cry) activated.
My DD loves this - and so do I.
She's always made it through the night in her crib - the vibration and noise soothes her right to sleep, or back to sleep for that matter.

Re: CIOing Tonight...need advice
I'm no expert but I would suggest putting him down awake how he likes to sleep with some music or white noise. And when he cries during the night, don't take him out. That is what worked for us. DS cried 2x/night for 2 nights and then has slept through the night since 4 1/2 months old.
