Circle + Bloom
Has anyone else tried these? They are meditation exercises on mp3 designed for people infertility issues. I actually downloaded the one that is specific for IVF / IUI. It gets me relaxed like I've never been before.
What are your thoughts?

I think these are the ones I tried... or I tried something similar.
I'll be honest, I didn't give it a fair shot. I listened to it once and fell asleep and never tried the rest.
I would say anything that could potentially relax you is at least worth a try though!

I can see how that would happen. Last night, I fell asleep but did it earlier tonight.

I'm only 2 in, but they are calming. I feel like it will be pod before and after the transfer. On a side note, your baby is gorgeous!

I used the ivf one on my second ivf and that was the one that worked. I listened to it during my accupuncture sessions.
