City Mini Stroller Owners

I've been looking at the Mini as a replacement for my snap n go. I do a lot of around-town walking and want something light (I have a Bumbleride Flyer that is more for walks around the neighborhood, it's not a great every day stroller).

What are your pros & cons? I was concerned with the basket - it seems smallish and hard to access.

What accessories do you have? I tried hooking up the parent console thing and gave up - it wouldn't snap Chat Icon

Re: City Mini Stroller Owners

Well, its my only stroller so I definitely use it for both around town & walks. I like how easy it folds & how light it is. I bought a parent console type thing that stores my keys and I can put a drink ( I have THIS ONE ) The basket is easier to access from the side, but I have a skiphop diaper bag that I just clip on the handle of the stroller, so its big enough for me. I LOVE how big the sun shade is & my DS seems comfortable in it. I don't really have anything else to compare it to, but don't feel I need another stroller, let me know if you have any questions!

I love this stroller. I love the sun shade and how it rides. It is SOOOO light and way east to fold and throw in the car wuickly. The basket is a little small, but it works. I def agree in needing to get a cupholder type thing.

I have it too, and I agree... Love it. The basket is small, but it works for me. It is so easy to fold up and put in the car. I bought the cup hold accessory and the tray, but I haven't used the tray yet. I also go the cooler attachment when we went to Disney and that was great too.

Oh yes...I have the cooler attachement and it is so cool. Since my diaper bag is quite large, I usually stuff a dipaer, wipes and bottle/formula in there.

Thank you!

So you all hang your diaper bag on the handle? It says not to...but I wondered if that was a hard & fast rule.

The cooler does seem neat...I read some reviews that said it was hard to access items in it once attached??

Oh I never thought of using it as a diaper bag sort of....that's a great idea. I hate carrying a lot of stuff.

No.. I would think the heavy diaper bag would tip the stroller. Anytime I have used this stroller I have taken out what I needed and kept the diaper bag in the car. I def think you need to downsize and get a small diaper bag that would fit in the basket if you want to take one.

I recently got the city mini and I love it. We just traveled with it and it was great! It was sooo easy to fold going through security etc. I also Love how the sunshade is sooo large.
