City Select Double??

Any moms of 2 have the City Select. I want to get a tandem stroller for Joey and Baby #2. I originally was going to get the City Mini Double but its just too big for me as far as going to stores etc. The city select has great reviews but I've never seen anyone with it. ha! I want to be sure its ok and easy to open/close with 2 babies by myself. I'm going to try and convince my in laws I can store it in the garage but incase I can't I need to be able to bring it up and down stairs. Thanks in advance.

we have it and love it. havent used it as a double yet (only one child so far!), its our everyday stroller. loved the bassinet attachment when he was little little.
