Re: cleaning granite
Daily I just use warm water and soap. I use glass plus randomly to keep it shiny.

Re: cleaning granite
I was told not to use soap, water, or glass cleaner with ammonia in it. All of these things could cause the finish to come off. Also don't use a sponge but use a paper towel.

Yikes, really?? I never knew that granite countertops were so high-maintenance! I was thisclose to getting granite in our kitchen, but I went with the Corian instead. I guess I'm kinda glad I did, I just wipe it down with the clorox wipes!

Re: cleaning granite
Glass Plus. It does NOT contain ammonia.
Several granite dealers use it in their showrooms.
