clearblue easy fertility monitor question or vent - I'm not sure which one
I have no idea how to track my period and the CBEFM wants me to program it on my 1st CD. I have no idea when this is. Not sure if it's TMI but last month I bled for 5 days - not heavy but enough for a pad and then on the 6th day had a heavy flow and intense cramps which I believe would be the start of my period. I don't think I can use this thing.

You want to use it the first day you get red blood. I don't think it has to be heavy. But the directions say that if you get AF during the day, start CBEFM the next morning as CD 1.HTH!
