Closing Fees at BFCU for Refinancing?
I am thinking of refinancing as we wouldn't save alot per month but we could cut down our time on paying our bills. Is there a closing fee as I don't have any extra money for that and that might change my mind. Thanks :)

yes - there are closing costs. They can roll them into the mortgage though.

Would it increase the monthly payment by much?

Depends on what your rate is now and how much you owe on the house and how much your new mortgage will be.
Our overall mortgage is going to be a bit bigger, but with the rate drop that we have (1.5% difference), we'll save $270/month.
