CLOSING IS TODAY...FINALLY!!!!!!!!!! UPDATED
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I'm soooooooooooooooooo excited yet soooooooooooooooo scared its the weirdest feeling ever....its like absolute fear with a smile on ur face
UPDATE: so the walk through was good except they left garbage outside nothing bad and they called a rubbish company and paid for them to come and clean up tomorrow
everything else went really well at closing, closing costs didnt leave us bare, so we're really happy that there is still a nice amount of money to work with while we slowly fix things/move in....cant wait to move in already but there is stuff that needs to be done first!
