You just need a form of picture ID (Drivers License or Passport) and your checkbook. Your attorney will take care of everything else.

If you have the bank check, why do you need the personal checkbook?
If there is any oil in the tank you would have to pay for that, and also pay the title closer.

Hey guys!! I'm the proud new owner of my own home!!! We had some last minute dispute with the seller but we got what we wanted. I'll post pics shortly but all I've done since I closed was look around and stare. I can't believe it's mine! Amber LOVES her room. She ran right to it and declared it hers LOL! I'm soo very happy!
