Cloth Diaper Moms
We haven't started using them yet because they are still a little use on DD, but...what do you do for diaper rash when you use it? It says on the cloth diapers I got not to use creams. Any suggestions?

Both my boys have been in cloth--they very rarely get diaper rash so it's not really an issue for us. The times they have gotten rashes is when they are on antibiotics and having poop issue---which we usually end up switching to disposables to use cream. But as far as day to day I have never used a cream and very very rarely have any rash issues. HTH!
