Clueless with Clear Blue

I am so new at this and want to make sure that I don't mess up. Thsi is the first month I starting using CBFM. I am on day 8 of my cycle and I got a high this morning. My cycle usually runs 28 days. When do you start BD? Do we do it now or wait for Peak? I read the booklet but still am not sure.

Thanks!

The first month using the CBEFM, it will give you a high reading starting earlier than normal, as it gets used to your cycle. for this reason (among other issues I've had) I used an OPK along with the monitor just so I wouldn't miss my surge.

ETA: I got my first High reading while AF was still here

I am confused..... how would it have to get used to your cycle... sorry to ask... I just bought one and it is still in the box...should I return it? Is it reliable?

You are covered if you BD every other day now until the day after your peak.

i think its very reliable, and many girls had sucess with it.

it takes three month to get used to your cycle, for me it was 2 month. its very accurate when i ovulate - cause i feel it to... and it goes smoother after first month.

I bd everyother day, and everyday on peak.
