Co worker vent

I work with a girl who has a business on the side along the lines of pampered chief but its not that. Anyway she makes calls to her clients and give out co email to them. I just got a call from a lady who was like so and so called & I am really not sure what its about. I did b/c I can hear her convos. She sneaks off to make calls etc. I am not angel at work either but this totally outa line. I am about ready to go off on her.

She takes advantage in other ways to but its to long to get into here.

I don't know how much longer I am going to be able to hold me tongue & I don't know what to do.

I work with someone who has a tax business and from now till April it will be out of control. Our principal knows about it and for whatever reason he looks the other way, which irks me to no end. Last year I got stuck doing a few of his school related things, but this year I am going to say no way.

He was actually moronic enough to tell my husband that his regular job interfered with his tax business. His kid also wrote a book, so he spends a lot of time working on stuff for that, and getting teachers to buy related merchandise, etc. Can you say "conflict of interest"?? And he almost lost his job last year (we are in out of the classroom positions) but clearly hasn't learned.
