Coach Outlet - Exchanges/Returns???
Got a coach bag for Xmas from the outlets - don't have a receipt obviously and all tags are attached...can I exchange it for something else?
I'm thinking of going to the outlet at Tanger.

i would call the store in garden city - i don't know if they will exchange between stores (i know coupons are not good for the outlet store, so i don't know what the deal is with exchanges and returns).

they should take it back... they should also be able to look up by who purchased it for you!
