coach returns/exchanges
i got a coach bag as a gift from my in-laws, i like it... don't love it. i want to exchange it for another bag i saw online. the problem is that my MIL said she bought it online from nordstrom, but nordstrom doesnt sell coach bags.
can i take the bag to a coach store for an exchange? i don't have a receipt and the bags tag was ripped off, but it still has the plastic ring that the tags were on. do you think they'll let me exchange it? do i have any other options?

You could try taking it to a store. Depends on how old the bag is and if it is actually from an outlet store and not a regular retail store. Then they might take it back for some credit.
