cold hands...
not every PJ has those fold over things for their hands...what do you do to keep them warm? I noticed this morning DS's were a a little cold. The room was probably a little colder than usual but we don't have to resort to using mittens do we???

Re: cold hands...
I use the cloths fold over as mittens on onesies.. they dont keep super warm but i dont really like the mittens, the elastic that holds in place looks like it would bother her and im afraid those might be too tight. at least the ones ont he close are comfie and loose.

Re: cold hands...
I read that as long as their chest is warm that they are not really cold. I don't know how true that is, I would probably just use the onesies with fold overs for the cold months.

Re: cold hands...
THey have new circulatory systems, the hands and feet are the last to get warm.
As long as baby's trunk and back of neck areas are warm, baby is warm while his hands/feet are cold.
I never used anything on hands/head and we keep our heat at 65 at night My little darling would rip mittens/hats off anyways :)

Re: cold hands...
I never really gave it much thought..I guess b/c my hands and feet are always cold...even if I have socks on, take off the socks and my feet are like ice cubes!!!
CJ does get cold hands though I use the swaddler and keep his hands tucked in.
