Cold Hands at night
DD's hands are always like ice cubes in the morning b/c her room is the coolest room in the house. I feel so bad, but the rest of her body is warm...it's ok, right?

Re: Cold Hands at night
I think I remember reading that they're fine as long as the back of their neck is warm.

Re: Cold Hands at night
Same thing with DS. I put socks on his hand at night to help a bit but it's still very cold.

It's normal. I bet her feet are cool, too.
When we sleep, most of our blood stays near the body's core to keep our organs warm. As adults, we keep blankets around us to help our limbs stay warm...but, small children don't do that.

DDs hands are always a bit cold too. I try to put them under the blanket but she works them out immediately.
