That's adorable!!
We haven't really chosen a going-home outfit b/c we don't know what we're having.
Perhaps my Mom will pick up a cute outfit after the baby is born, if not, we'll just have something neutral ready.

We didnt know if we were having a boy or a girl so we did a neutral outfit. Then once we knew it was a girl tons of people brough us girlie clothes but they were all still too big on her (3-6 m) because everyone got us bigger things since she was a big baby, so it'll all come in later.
So Miss Emily Elizabeth came home in a froggy outfit. It was cute too because there was a frog on the butt as well! Here it is:

I brought 2 outfits one for his hospital pictures and one to come home in..
SInce I was c-section I was there 4 days...on my 2nd day we dressed the baby for his pics... and thats when we realized we could dress him up everyday if we wanted...so I made DH go home and get more clothing...
Everyday we dressed our munchkin up...it was so much fun...
This was the one he came home in... it had a hat and matching booties... Image Attachment(s):

Did you get it from Kohl's? I absolutely love that one! We have a similar one too in the next size up because I kinda have a frog thing! I think they are just so cute on babies!

You know what stinks? They never took Emily's pic in the hospital  They weren't sure about the day she was coming home because of her needing the bililights, and then finally when I was leaving they said she could too but the photographer wasn't in that day, so we never got them done.
We took plenty of pics ourselves but that's such an "offical" thing that everyone has, you know?

I just got mine in the mail today....they came out cute...but his eyes are closed :(
They are so expensive... so I didnt order a huge package...
take her to kiddie kandids... you'll pay te same price...and get even cuter pics...

Yes, we bought a coming home outfit last week in Macy's. Since we don't know what we're having, we picked something neutral...my favorite part about the outfit is that it says all over it...I Love Mommy and I Love Daddy!

I had a pink and blue outfit with me and I returned the blue one when I had a girl. This was Jenna's outfit-it was early September so it was till warm out.

OMG Dani - I can't believe those pics are Jenna!!!!!!
I didn't bring a fancy going home outfit - I think we kept her in the hospital outfit and threw a hat and bunting on her. I live 10 minutes away from the hospital so when we got home we put her in a little onesie and called it a day. I went home in my pajamas LOL.
I'll most likely do the same thing this time only bring the onesie to the hospital. If I should happen to go home on a Sunday I have his NY Jets onesie all ready to go LOL.

They are all so cute!!
Since I have no clue what I am having- and am only in week 13- I haven't picked anything out yet.
My sister had a whole bag of outfits- it was so cute- we dressed my neice a few times the day before she came home.
