Company RAVE - Tiny Love
So I bought DD the Tiny Love Symphony in Motion mobile when she was born...
She loves this thing - so do I.
It was running low on batteries, and after I changed them the mobile stopped turning 
Needless to say, after spending $40.00 on the mobile and only 5 months later I was pretty pi$$ed...
I didn't have the receipt anymore (got it from BRU), so I called them directly. The woman asked me for the lot number, and after giving it to her simply said "it must be the music box malfunctioning"...she sent me a new one, no questions asked, and I received it less than a week later. And she was right - mobile works perfectly again!!!
I love good companies...
