I am just curious if this actually exists...

Yes! I do. I am here 5 years and still love it. I thank my lucky stars every day, but I'm sure there are people who work here who don't feel the same way.

I shouldn't speak too soon, but I will be! A good friend works there now and she really does love working there.

I can honestly say I do...I have been here 9 years. I think I am so happy with my job is bc of the environment I work in. It is very laid back & since we are a small company (only 8 of us), it is like family. I have one of the best boss also! I thank my lucky stars everyday..

I LOVED working at Merrill Lynch. I was an Admin Assistant. Nothing but respect from everyone. I never had a single issue. They were really great.ETA:I was so happy with my salary. I worked OT 4 nights a week, never was turned down for a vacation requests...never an issue to take a sick day.

I work for a university, not a company, so this might not help. But I can't imagine working for anything other than a university. I love the environment. I love being surrounded by smart, idealistic, progressive-thinking people. Plus, private universities in particular pay well and have great benefits.

I had a job that I loved in NJ, it was a brokerage firm. Everyone was wonderful and not fake. Even the President treated everyone with the utmost respect. Awww I miss that place.

I love my job and company.
Basically it's because of the people I work with - they are awesome.
I also enjoy the work - so that helps!

I work for a department within a hospital that is affiliated with a University.

Our department is very family oriented (3 employees work part of the week from home) and it's never an issue to take vacation / sick / leave early.

The best part is - my future children can go to the college for FREE!

No. I actually just called my headhunter today, and I have only been here 6 months. I love WHAT I do, I just don't like how the people I work for run this place.

Yes. The Federal Government The perks are fantastic... 6 hours of annual leave a year, 4 weeks of sick leave a year, flextime, job security, comp time, good pay, transit subsidy, Federal holidays, etc. Love it!

I do. I love working in a small business atmosphere. I love the personal feel of it and the fact that everyones hard work is visible here every day

I do! But I am biased, I work for my FIL

I bring my daughter to work
I take off whenever I want
We are off for a WEEK between Christmas & New Years
We order in lunch EVERY day!
I can come to work in sweats if I want
We have a lot of fun here

I work for a college and I like it A LOT better than working for a large corporation.

ETA: I especially like that we are off when the students are off!!! Tons of vaca time.

Yes....finally...I am lucky to be here. I am in a very large publishing company. Very successful and family oriented. MANY of the people at my company have been there for 30+ years...including my boss. Can you imagine? Gotta be doing something right!!

I do, its a very laid back advertising agency. I work with fun young creative people, we dress casual, our office is Elvis Themed with a toilet in reception (although the theme is changing) our meeting rooms are called the jungle room, the trophy room, we have a chill out room...all in all, its a great place to work.

Yes! I love my co-workers, my boss and the fact that I am helping the forgotten population. I previously worked for the agency in a different program 2 years ago for 6 years and I didn't "love" it then. But, I could honestly say without a doubt that I truly "love" my job.
