Complete Women's Healthcare patients...Dr. Nadell?
Anyone know what's up with Dr. Nadell? When will he be back? I heard he is on sick leave and the office is not saying much....
I heard office hours are a mess with him out leaving only LoPresti and Dilena to juggle hospital and office hours.

Hmmm, I'm a Dilena patient ( ), but did notice the waiting room to be abnormally full when I dropped in a few days ago. I hope Dr. Nadell is ok! Dr. Dilena and LoPresti must be stretched to the max!

I heard that Dr. Nadell is on an indefinite leave and they aren't sure when he's coming back. I am due in April and I've never met Dr. Nadell. I was going to schedule at least one appointment with him, but now I can't. Dr. Dilena and Dr. LoPresti are crazy busy now especially with the scheduled appointments and deliveries.

Sadly I heard what I hope it just a rumor - I heard he has cancer. I am a patient there as well but not currently prego. A friend of mine who is due tomorrow said the office is just insane with 1 dr. short. She said LoPresti is on vaca next week leaving Dilena to juggle between office hours and hospital hours. She has to go in one morning next week for a stress test b/c she'll be overdue and Dilena told her to call before she comes to make sure he is there.
Was just curious to see what any of you had heard...will keep Dr. Nadell in my prayers and hope he is ok.

I was wondering the same thing. I've known Dr. Nadell for a long time and I'm so worried about him. The office told me that he is on an indefinite leave and they aren't sure if he will be coming back at all. They aren't saying anything else. I've been asking all outlets I can figure out since I am in the medical field, but no one is saying much. I'm fearing that it is something like cancer, but I pray not. Dilena and Lopresti seem to be handling it well, but they have to be overwhelmed being that it is such a big practice. I'm wondering if they are going to add another doctor to the practice.

Yeah like I said it was just a rumor that I heard...2 of my friends who are due very soon heard that but their sources weren't positive. I guess that's what one would guess if they say he may not be coming back. I would think they'd have to add another doctor to the practice...not sure how long Dilena and LoPresti can keep up these hours they must be keeping. Poor Dilena next week with LoPresti away on vacation....I don't know how he will juggle it all.

Just wanted to let you know that I heard from a friend at winthrop, and it's on the parenting board today that he has lung cancer and has been given 3-6 months to live. 
So sad for him and his family.
