computer help.. can i retrieve documents i deleted from my computer and recycle bin?
i am looking for something i deleted and i am not even sure how long ago i deleted it maybe 6 montsh ago? ANYONE? TIA

Possibly, if it hasn't been overwritten by all the new files you've created, new programs you may have installed, etc.
You'd have to get some recovery software, install it on a separate partition or a flash drive, and try to salvage it that way. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, you may have to take it in to someone who does data recovery.
Just realize that that can get expensive and they may or may not be able to retrieve it.
